I am an experienced color apprentice at Suite Caroline Salon in Soho looking to do either Balayage highlights (hand painted-no foils used) today at 10/4 ) at 2:30 The service includes the main color application and finishing gloss and blow dry. There will be a senior colorist overseeing the class. There is a $50 cash fee for highlights and $40 for a single process.
