My name is Ling and I'm a 4X certified & licensed permanent makeup artist who just moved to a new studio in Milpitas, CA. I specialize in brows that heal into the natural "everyday makeup" look. Wearable brows that are fully customized from shape to color! My Milpitas new studio offer is for new clients - $250 for combo brows (hairstrokes + shading) and powder brows (shading throughout). Please note that this is NOT Microblading - which is done with a small blade that cuts hairstrokes into the skin. My technique is done completely with a small tattoo machine made for permanent makeup. This allows for less trauma to the skin and better healed results.
