Hello, my name is Ciara, I’m a stylist located in Willamsburg. I’m currently on the hunt for a model whom either has pre existing blonde highlights or wants to get highlights. If you are interested my next available date will be Tuesday March 11th at 3:00 pm. There is a fee of $23.00! Your service does come with the highlights + toner + and styling. I would most likely add on a free haircut if i do have time. If you are interested please contact me with your name, a current picture of your hair, your inspo pictures, lastly at least a year of hair history. If you do contact me and I don’t respond right away please give me at least a day where I do have other clients i’m taking care of.
